Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during exams and dental procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment areas to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Take and process X-rays as directed by the dentist.
Ensure patient comfort by providing reassurance and guidance before, during, and after procedures.
Manage patient records, updating charts and treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral care and post-treatment instructions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, and answering phones.

Qualifications:

Previous dental assisting experience required.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and treatments.
Ability to provide exceptional patient care with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Positive, compassionate approach to working with patients and team members.
Certification in dental assisting (required).
