Dental Hygienist Coach - $125,000 per year

American Dental Solutions is seeking a seasoned Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Hygiene coach you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care alongside others who share the same passion. You will teach and mentor hygienists, prepare training materials and support offices with your expertise. As part of your daily duties you will be asked to help acclimate and mentor our hygiene team with the following-

Perform Dental Hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, fluoride and sealants, scaling and root planing.
Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions. Customize care to meet the patient's oral health.
Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques.
Help ensure all OSHA, State, and HIPAA protocols are followed.
Work side by side with our Hygienist to ensure we provide comprehensive patient care.
Monitor scheduling efficiency.

Requirements:

Registered Dental Hygienist licensure in Pennsylvania (Minimum of 5 years).
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player.

Salary: $125,000 (annual)
Location: Pottstown, PA (ability to relocate)
