We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering top-quality care to our patients.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Greet patients upon arrival, check them in, and ensure accurate patient information is recorded.
Process payments and handle patient billing inquiries.
Relay treatment plans to patients and review financial policies.
Verify insurance benefits daily and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of dental receptionist experience OR 2 years of customer service/front desk experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and multitask efficiently.
Experience with dental software (DENTRIX) and insurance verification is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment plans is preferred but not required.
