Experienced Bilingual Dental Office Manager (English/Spanish) - 3+ Years Management Required
Important: Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable dental or orthodontic office management experience AND fluency in both English and Spanish will be considered.

Our client, a leading orthodontic practice in New Jersey, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Office Manager to lead their team and drive operational excellence. This is not an entry-level management position.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 Years of Verifiable Dental or Orthodontic Office Management Experience: This is a non-negotiable requirement. Applications without this experience will not be reviewed.
Fluency in Both English and Spanish (Written and Spoken): Must be able to conduct all business and patient interactions in both languages.
