Dental Front Office Business Assistant - Jacob Roger Smith DDS LLC - Amite, LA

We are looking for a great team player to help make the front of our dental practice run smoother.
The ideal applicant will have previous dental office front office experience or a demonstrable history of business development successes. Required personal attributes include a positive attitude, compassion for patients, great time management skills, and timeliness.
Some activities of this position in the front office will include answering the phone, greeting patients warmly, acquiring and maintaining patient records, checking patients in when they arrive, checking patients out when the leave including payment, and providing fee estimates to patients for treatment. Insurance record making, filing, and auditing is also required. Proper maintenance of the schedule is also critical. This will include scheduling as well as making sure clinical time is spent in the most efficient ways possible.
Other tasks will be added during training but raises are offered on a merit basis as the employee increases their skill set.
