Dental Hygienist - Broadway Dental - Hastings, MI

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about dental health and excellent patient care. As a Dental Hygienist at Broadway Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care, education, and support to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
- Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Removing plaque and calculus deposits from teeth
- Applying preventive materials to teeth (e.g., sealants and fluoride)
- Educating patients about proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits
- Collaborating with dentists to develop and implement individualized dental care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
