What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
Take and process high-quality dental X-rays
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other safety regulations
Prepare and organize treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials
Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
Support the team with daily tasks to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
Proficiency in instrument sterilization, X-rays, and infection control procedures
Strong understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong team player
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with dental software for charting and scheduling
CPR certification
