Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice in Pacoima, CA. Candidate should have at least one year of experience, but not required. MUST be able to work Monday's & Saturdays. Spanish speaker preferred. This is a part time position.
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnosing and treating various oral health conditions. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality dental services in a comfortable and professional environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral examinations to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dental cleanings.
Administer anesthetics and pain management as necessary.
Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests to identify dental issues.
Collaborate with dental specialists when required for complex cases or referrals.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care to maintain optimal dental health.
Address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental procedures and treatments.
Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile and safe dental environment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology, techniques, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards of dental practice.

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license to practice in the state of California.
Proven experience as a Dentist, preferably in a clinical setting.
Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, oral health, and dental materials.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to advancements in dental practice.
