About the Role
Primary Location: 539 South Dearborn Street
Flexibility: Must be available to work at 2620 N Halsted upon request
Job Type: Full-time with a dynamic schedule that guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday
What Youâll Do
Clinical Support:
Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed
Take x-rays, perform coronal polishing, and take dental impressions
Assist with sterilization and uphold infection control protocols
Provide post-operative instructions and manage inventory
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
Check patients in and out upon arrival and departure
Scan documents and collect patient information as needed
Schedule follow-up appointments and answer incoming phone calls
In rare cases, assist with insurance verification on Saturdays
Record Management & Office Maintenance:
Help update and maintain accurate patient dental records
Support the front desk with appointment confirmations and general administrative tasks
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote a positive patient experience

What Weâre Looking For
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting
Proven versatility with cross-training in both clinical and administrative responsibilities
Strong familiarity with dental instruments and modern dental practices
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A proactive, flexible approach to work
Certification as a Dental Assistant is preferred, though motivated and skilled individuals are encouraged to apply
