Duties and Responsibilities

Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives.
Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
Mentor dental teams by providing constructive feedback and motivational support.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the dental consultancy field.
Handle multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a business consultant or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
