Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Syracuse, NY

We are looking for a friendly and professional Dental Front Desk Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask effectively in a busy dental office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify patient insurance information
Process payments and co-pays
Maintain patient records and files
Assist with insurance claims processing
Provide general office support and administrative tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in a dental office setting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer skills and proficiency in dental software preferred
bilingual is PREFERRED
