Job Description
Ranieu Family Dental is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Part Time or Full Time Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month and exhibit flexibility to perform dental hygiene tasks as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Craft and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
- Perform routine and emergency dental procedures with precision and care.
- Undertake dental hygiene duties, including cleanings and preventive care, when necessary.
- Educate patients on oral health care strategies and preventive measures.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all dental practice protocols, policies, and health and safety regulations.
- leads the Team
- Team Player and complements other Dentists in the office
**Qualifications:**
- Graduated from an accredited dental school with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
- Active WA dental license.
- Proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
- Excellent patient rapport and communication skills.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
- Willingness to perform dental hygiene tasks as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of practical experience in a dental setting.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software.
- Certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
