Job Description

Dental Designs of Maryland - Hanover, MD is looking for a part time general dentist, 3 days per week. We are a well established privately owned (no PE or DSO) 4 year old practice with a great community reputation, we focus on high end dentistry and collaborative group practice. We have a strong and eager patient base and are looking for a dentist that is ready to go with a strong existing skillset, who wants a practice that is willing to support their clinical goals! No HMOs or Medicaid, no double stacked schedules, very high quality of work life!
We take a very specific approach to determining whether a dentist will thrive in our group. Clinical skills can be learned by anybody, however personality, presence, and clinical awareness are what we look for in our dentists. Our practices have a very strong reputation within the Baltimore community and we strive to build a strong office culture, so we are only looking for confident and outgoing personalities who can inspire trust within their team and patient base, and is willing to treat everybody (the patient, the assistant, other dentists, etc.) with the same level of respect and dignity.
