We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a personable, high-performing General Dentist seeking a rewarding and impactful position in a state-of-the-art dental office. Due to high growth our practice is ready to welcome another provider to our talented team.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in molar root canals, surgical extractions, simple bone grafting, dentures, and general dentistry. Mentorship and training is available if you are not proficient in one or any of these categories! Exceptional patient communication skills and the ability to carry out same-day treatments are essential.
The position is primarily for weekend coverage (Friday to Sunday). This could be 1 weekend a month or more.
Our practice is furnished with the latest dental technology, including a new CBCT, iTero, and Glidewell Fastmill, facilitating top-notch patient care. You'll be working with our highly skilled team trained to assist you in delivering quality dental services.
The General Dentist role boasts a high-paying compensation structure, offering a minimum pay of $1,000 per day, along with a 35% commission on collections. On average, our current providers earn approximately $2,500 per day on commission, equating to an annualized full-time income of $390,000.
We cover all lab fees and offer the freedom to choose your preferred lab. Our practice currently collaborates with Glidewell.
Our practice operates without insurance/Medicaid involvement, and our fee structure is designed to ease the achievement of commission pay.
