We, VIP Dental Lounge, are sad that our lead dental assistant/front desk is leaving but happy for her as she goes back to school! But now we have a position open :). Actually two as we are looking to hire one for the front and one clinically (dental assistant). We are a small boutique practice that is a team of really good humans in a pleasant environment with great hours! About us:

Open Mon-Thu 8:30am - 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-12:30pm (non-clinical)
Coming into its 10th year with excellent reviews all over and a long term patient base
Small but amazing team!

What we are looking for:

A very talented patient care coordinator that is experienced in dental. We are not interested in training at this time
Excellent people skills, phone skills, and all around customer service
Experience with presenting treatment and explaining financing. Ideally experience with Cherry, CareCredit, Sunbit
Experience with OpenDental
Experience with dental insurance including claims processing. We outsource is but need someone to work with the outsourced teams
Excellent at scheduling for production, efficiency, and little to no stress
Someone who is a good human being and looks to build others!
High energy, efficient, and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
