Are you looking for an opportunity to work as a Dental Hygienist in a positive, friendly, and helpful environment? You should be willing to help treat patients and promote good oral health practices. We are located in Allentown, PA.
Dental Hygienist job responsibilities include (not all are listed):
-Make patients feel comfortable before their examination
-Sterilize dental instruments properly and monitor supplies
-Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
-Clean and help protect patients’ teeth
-Educate patients (of all ages) on proper teeth care
-Take X-rays
-Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Requirements and skills:
-Devotion and stamina to meet the physical demands for this job
-Great communication skills and a friendly personality
-Great knowledge of the health and safety regulations in this profession (ex: HIPAA)
-Attention to detail
-A valid license to practice
-Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
