Dental Hygienist – Full-Time

Location: Columbia, MDSchedule: Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental care to patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and overall health
Perform periodontal charting and administer treatments such as fluoride and sealants
Take and review digital X-rays
Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Assist in implementing office protocols to support efficiency and patient satisfaction
Uphold infection control and OSHA compliance standards

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of dental hygiene experience required
Licensure: Active Maryland Dental Hygiene License and CPR certification
Skills:
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Leadership capabilities and ability to align with the doctor’s vision
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Dentrix experience preferred (but not required)
Professional, polished, and committed to long-term growth within the practice
