What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome)
✅ Greet our tiny patients (and their parents) with a warm, friendly smile!
✅ Schedule and confirm appointments—because happy teeth need a plan!
✅ Handle phone calls with the patience of a saint and the charm of a Disney character.
✅ Collect payments, insurance info, and make paperwork almost fun.
✅ Keep our front office running like a well-oiled (but cavity-free) machine.
What We’re Looking For
✨ Someone who loves kids and can handle their endless stories about loose teeth.
✨ A multitasking wizard—phones, schedules, and the occasional toddler meltdown? No problem!
✨ A positive, energetic attitude (bonus points if you can high-five like a champ).
✨ Experience in a dental office is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
✨ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
