Registered Dental Hygienist - Educator - BioGaia - Scottsdale, AZ

Job Title Hygiene Educator HE Job Type 1099 Contract minimum 2 days per week Candidates preferred location in or near Phoenix, AZ. Hiring multiple candidates. We are seeking motivated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienists RDH to join our team as Hygiene Educators. The HE will leverage their clinical expertise to educate local dental offices on the clinical research, recommended usage, and benefits of BioGaia Prodentis. The HE will play a key role in promoting product understanding, supporting effective implementation, and fostering relationships within the dental community Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, and outreach to schedule in-person Lunch Learn LL presentations. Presentations Conduct a minimum of 2 LL presentations to new dental offices weekly. Follow-Ups Perform 2 follow-up visits with each office post-presentation to reinforce learning and engagement. Qualifications Required Presentation Skills Competent in delivering prepared presentation materials confidently and effectively. Communication Strong active listening and communication skills. Problem-Solving Ability to address questions and provide effective solutions. Technical Proficiency Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Associates degree or higher in Dental Hygiene. Minimum of 2 years experience post-graduation. Availability for at least two full open workdays per week. Preferred Well-networked within the dental and dental hygiene community. Availability for more than two days per week. Work Environment Remote Work Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls remotely. In-Person Engagement Deliver in-person presentations and follow-up visits to local dental offices. Travel Requirements Travel up to 50 miles round trip to local dental offices. Must reside within 30-45 minutes of target office locations.
