The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, administrative experience, and a general understanding of dental office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Greeting & Communication: Greet patients in a warm, friendly manner upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments in accordance with the dentist’s availability, ensuring minimal gaps in the schedule.

  • Billing & Payments: Process patient payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. Address patient questions, concerns, and appointment requests.

  • General Office Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Previous experience in a dental office is required. Three plus years preferred.
