Assistant to join our dental office!

We are looking for a friendly, dedicated person to join our team. Position requires someone who wants to grow in their career, can multi-task and works well with others. Position requires at least 9-12 months of dental experience with good communication skills. We are a growing modern, clean, private family cosmetic/restorative family dental office focusing on patients and are looking to add a dynamic individual to our team as we grow forward.

Focused on patient care and the experience - the ideal candidate must have a willingness to learn, be personable, strong organizational skills and high level of attention to details. Candidates must work well solo and on a team and have or willing to form a good clinical knowledge in cosmetic dentistry and general family dentistry advancements will be taught when needed.

We are equipped with the latest technology such as sprint ray, medit, trios 5 and in house mill but are paired with a whole heart focusing on the betterment of our patients. We are looking for responsible, talented and reliable good friendly people to add to our team (1-2 individuals)

- Excellent/pleasant communication skills
-Assists the dentist in chair side treatment
-Taking digital x-rays and intraoral scans
-Sterilizing dental instruments
-Review daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments
-Stock operator and maintain inventory
-Computerized charting/ well communicative amongst patient and office members
-Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred but not necessary

• Serves as the dental chair-side dental assistant/registered dental assistant
• Prepares operatory for patient treatment as per protocols and the dental providers directions
• Responsible for taking good, diagnostic dental x-rays and photos.
• Performs independent procedures as delegated and directed by the dentist.
• Maintains adequate operatory supplies and lab cases
• Performs all functions in full compliance with the office policies and procedures, safety, and OSHA guidelines

M-Thur; 1 Fri/month and 1 Sat (half day) / month

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
      Req Certificates: BLS,  xray certification, coronal polishing, infection control
