Root Cause: Integrative Dental Medicine is an oral systemic dental practice seeking a licensed dental assistance that will believe in our philosophy and want to help improve and save patient's lives through education in cardiovascular health, gut health, brain health, and oral health while providing exceptional dental services. We are pioneers in oral-systemic health in Minnesota and leading the way in Salivary testing, Ozone therapy, Bale Doneen Method, and collaborate with many providers across many fields- myofunctional therapists, cranial sacral therapists, functional medicine, physical therapists, and more.
We are looking for an assistant that is open to learning and promoting oral-systemic health, a positive attitude, flexible to cross train and help at front desk if needed or work with our co-providers, has good sense of humor, puts patients at ease during dental treatment, and is very detailed oriented. Expanded functions would be a bonus for our patients.
We are small group of seven with 2 doctors, 2 hygienists, 2 front desk and 1 assistant that work in a 4 operatory, quaint and cozy practice in the heart of St. Louis Park. The day of the work can be flexible for the schedule as we have options available and hours desiring can be negotiated as well.
