Carr Pediatric Dentistry is a state-of-the-art, fully digital pediatric dental practice committed to providing infants and children with exceptional care and oral health education. We are seeking a long-term Dental Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant, you will deliver high-quality dental care to infants, children, and adolescents with a patient-centric approach. Youâll work closely with our leadership and team to provide preventative, engaging, and educational care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Those who want their afternoons open are encouraged to apply as our hours are 6AM to 3PM â we like an early start on good oral hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, educational service to patients and families; ensure their comfort and safety throughout treatment.
Perform clinical and administrative tasks with a detail-oriented and time-sensitive approach; leverage a growth-mindset to maximize skillset and performance.
Maintain treatment rooms and dental equipment to ensure safe, prepared care for patients.
Collaborate across departments to streamline patient care and enhance team efficiency.
Utilize technology to deliver cutting-edge care; apply willingness to learn new software.
Accurately manage records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Sterilize dental equipment and treatment areas.
Actively participate in practice development opportunities.

Records management expertise
Customer service background
Familiarity with Dentrix, Yapi, or other dental management software
Entry-level chair-side assistants or customer service professionals eager to learn dentistry are encouraged to apply
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (4-5 days per week)
