Due to continued growth, we are hiring an additional part time Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be looking to build long-term relationships with our patients and team. They should be friendly, energetic, motivated, dependable, and organized with a cheerful attitude.
Work 1-2 days: Monday 9am-5pm and Thursday 9am-5pm
Lunch 1-2pm daily
Job Requirements:Registered Dental Hygienist license required.
Must have the ability to work well with others as a member of a team.
Have high energy and be willing to take on new responsibilities as the office grows.
Conduct patient screening procedures; including assessment of oral health conditions, review of patient health history, oral cancer screening, head and neck inspection, and dental charting.
Take digital radiographs.
Follow practice protocols: quality assurance, biohazards, infection control, referral, emergency medicine, implants, perio program and emergency treatment.
Demonstrate proficient skills in dental prophylaxis and proper use of cavitron.
Apply preventive materials to the teeth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
