Overview
Cherry Bay Dental is a quaint, fee for service dental office that is looking to enhance their team with a highly detailed, professional, passionate and service-oriented dental hygienist. Our team is driven to enhance our patientsâ experience by shifting their perspective from a disease-driven to a preventative care model.
We are looking for the right enthusiastic hygienist who has the desire to build long-term relationships and earn the trust of our patients. Within our one-hour hygiene appointment, we aspire to develop a customized hygiene strategy for each of our patients; one that helps to walk the patient through the education process of their oral health and how that impacts their overall health. We aim to help our patients get healthy.
Cherry Bay Dental is continually growing and developing their teamâs professional education with regards to the field of dentistry, customer service, team interaction and most importantly our patientâs health. We seek opportunities to educate our team members in these fields and are looking for someone that wants to grow personally, professionally, and PASSIONATELY!!

Skills
Skills and services we are looking to implement include:
Biofilm Guided Therapy
Oral microbial testing
Education about the connections between oral and systemic health
Partnering with the Doctor in creating optimal outcomes
Have flexibility with regards to professional development and training
Be willing to walk alongside a patient to their optimal wellbeing, having difficult conversations even in the face of resistance
Most importantly, we are looking for someone to partner with in creating a dynamic protocol for our periodontal services. We want your input in creating systems that align with our values!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
