Overview:Seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed- Assist with billing and payment processing
Requirements:- Previous experience working in a dental office is required. Knowledge of dental codes is a must. Prefer 3-5 years of dental experience.- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is required- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volume.
