Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Tuesdays - Cizek Dentistry - Ventura, CA

Our dental office is seeking a friendly, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist for Tuesdays (8am - 5pm). Candidate must have California RDH license and accompanying credentials (CPR, infection control, etc.).
Our office is warm and efficient and our patients are generally happy and healthy. We see a wide range of ages and backgrounds and like to focus on prevention and education. Our treatment plans tend to be more conservative, though we believe in a collaborative approach with all DHCPs to create individualized plans for our patients.
Typical hygiene schedules include 8 patients/day, 1 patient/hour, with an hour for lunch. Candidates would be expected to perform the duties of a hygienist within that hour, including reviewing medical history/changes, taking x-rays, periodontal charting, scaling/root planing, administering oral hygiene instructions, finishing chart notes, and sterilizing instruments. Ideal candidates would be punctual self-starters with excellent chairside manner, able to effectively and empathetically treat a wide variety of patients.
