Dental Assistant - Stowe Family Dentistry - Stowe, VT

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent patient care while assisting the dentist with various procedures. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone with experience to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in our dental practice. EFDA's are encouraged to apply. Pay is negotiable and will depend on experience.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
Record and update patient health histories and treatment plans.
Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures.
Scan, design, and program Cerac crowns.
Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (minimum of 1 year).
Valid Vermont Dental Assistant certification (or registration).
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
Experience with dental software is a plus.
