Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Prepare and maintain dental materials, such as composite fillings and impression materials- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring impressions and trimming models- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe dental environment
Requirements:- Knowledge or experience in using electronic health record systems- Proficient in assisting with dental procedures and familiar with dental terminology- Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures is a plus- Strong understanding of infection control protocols in a dental setting- Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information- Basic knowledge of anatomy and oral health conditions -X-ray certification preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
