We are currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, youâll help ensure the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional service to our patients. Youâll also be key in insurance verifications, financial arrangements, and driving the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:
Treatment planning and coordinating patient care
Greet and assist patients onsite, creating a welcoming and positive experience
Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently
Draft insurance claim correspondence and formal documentation
Send monthly and daily statements with accurate follow-up
Manage accounts receivable and financial records
Develop and maintain organized filing systems
Perform various other administrative office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental insurance and treatment coordination
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care
