Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and educating patients on oral health maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Provide a range of dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into patient care.

Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Valid Hawaii state dental license.

Proven experience in a clinical setting; prior experience in a family or cosmetic dentistry practice is a plus.

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits :
Annual salary range: $186,000 - $235,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
