Job SummaryThe Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients within our dental clinic. This position involves coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communications, and supporting the administrative functions of the office. Billing experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and a solid understanding of dental documentation and coding.
Duties

Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Manage patient appointments and follow-up communications to enhance patient satisfaction.
Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, including care plans and treatment notes.
Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Support the team in creating a welcoming environment for patients by addressing their needs promptly.
Ensure compliance with all medical office protocols and procedures.

Skills

Experience as a dental Treatment coordinator for more than 1 year is required.
Experience with PPO and Medi-Cal Dental insurance is required.
Familiarity with care plans and their implementation in a clinical environment.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation review.
Ability to operate phone systems effectively while maintaining professionalism in communication.
Experience working in a medical office or dental clinic setting is advantageous.
