Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Auburn, CA

We are a private, boutique dental practice and we are seeking a full-time dental receptionist who is committed to providing patients with the best and professional dental experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Duties:
Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments as needed
Answer incoming calls and scheduling appointments to prospective & current patients using Eaglesoft dental software, while meeting daily and monthly production goals
Call patients to schedule their recall appointments
Confirm patients for their upcoming appointment
Collect payments and record their payment into their chart on Eaglesoft
Assists in the gathering information in the new patient experience
Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with providers
If needed, treatment plan coordination to help the patient understand the treatment necessary and to have them accept the treatment plan customized specifically for them
Review patient treatment options
Present and educate patients about their treatment plans and address any questions they may have.
Set up financial arrangements as needed, including presenting various financing options
Follow up with patients regarding treatment pending & to ensure they are receiving dentals services they agreed to
Verifying eligibility & insurance coverage
Resolve discrepancies between patient accounts and insurance payments
Any other front office tasks that are assigned by the office manager
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
Must have at least 4 years of dental receptionist experience
Strong understanding of dental procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Eaglesoft Dental Software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Compensation:
Starting $19.00 per hour, but Job experience will heavily determine your pay. We provide great compensation as well as paid time off!
- Dental Assistant (DA/RDA/RDAEF) license is a plus!
