Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, including scheduling, patient intake, billing, and inventory management. Knowledge of Dentrix a plus
Leadership & Team Support: Be a apart of a talented team of dental professionals, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimal patient care.
Customer Experience: Provide excellent service to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a comfortable and positive visit.
Financial Management: Oversee patient billing, insurance verification, and collections while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulations, including maintaining patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Technology: Utilize modern dental practice management software to streamline operations and improve patient experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the dentist and team to improve office procedures, patient care, and team efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience Required: 2 years of experience in dental front office, with a solid understanding of dental insurance, billing, and patient management.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Proven experience leading a team with a positive, motivating approach to inspire success.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental office software and basic office tools; experience with [insert specific software] is a plus!
Problem Solver: Ability to quickly identify challenges and develop solutions that support both the team and the patients.
