We are seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a flexible 3-day work week, providing a great work-life balance for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during patient exams and treatments
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate records
Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with infection control protocols
Educate patients on oral health care and treatment options
Manage patient flow and scheduling efficiently
Provide support for administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Certification as a dental assistant
Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
Proficient with dental software, preferably Eaglesoft, and X-ray technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a positive, patient-centered attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
