Overview
It is so hard for patients to find a good dentist available on the weekends when a tooth breaks or a toothache pops up, so working the weekends is a great opportunity for a flexible dentist with the skills to do extractions, implants, and endodontics. We are looking for a talented, driven general dentist to work weekends as a part-time emergency doctor for our family-owned private practice. Our owner covers one weekend per month but we want to serve the community better by opening our weekend availability beyond just one weekend. We find that the ability for a dentist to produce and earn high numbers is better on the weekends because emergency dental appointments are more likely to require higher cost treatment and patients are just happy that a good dentist is there to take care of them, so case acceptance is much higher.
Responsibilities
At least one weekend per month to work Saturday & Sunday 8AM-1PM
Additional weekend shifts are available if you would like to work more than one weekend per month

Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
At least 1 year of dental practice experience or graduation from a general practice residency
Strong communication skills and confidence in your ability to provide high quality and comfortable dental treatment
Skills in surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and restorative. Skill in implants is a plus but can also be mentored
Commitment to providing customer service at the highest level, itâs what separates our practice from others

Pay: $700.00 - $3,000.00 per day
