Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentaly Hygenist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality preventive oral care, educate patients on proper oral hygiene, and assist the dentist with various procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Conduct oral health assessments and take necessary X-rays.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits.
Assist the dentist in identifying and treating oral health issues.
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatment notes.
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
Assist with periodontal charting as needed.
Recommend preventive care treatments and explain procedures to patients.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Valid state license and certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
CPR certification.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position.
Monday - Friday.
