PART TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST
DEPARTMENT: Health Department - Healthy Beginnings
HIRING RANGE: $37.16-$41.26/hour based on education and position related experience
BENEFITS OFFERED: No benefits offered
POSITION TO BE FILLED: ASAP
HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 2-3 days a week
LOCATION OF POSITION: Elkhart Clinic Site
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: None
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide preventative dental services to children (12 mos. - 16 years) in a public health setting. Includes exams, dental prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene instruction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be Registered Dental Hygienist with current license in Indiana
· BILINGUAL SKILLS (ENGLISH/SPANISH) ARE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT
· Must be well organized and a self- starter
· Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Pre-employment background check and TB test
