Delany Dental Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated and growing team. We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience who thrives in a team-oriented and results-driven environment. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Tuesdays - Thursdays, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Fridays, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Responsibilities:

Provide top-quality dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including periodontal screenings, charting, and X-rays.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Work closely with dentists and the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans.
Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient.
Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Valid Illinois Dental Hygiene license.
Minimum of one year of experience as a dental hygienist.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
Passionate about patient education and preventive dental care.
