Job Description
We are looking to hire an energetic and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator. Natural Teeth Implant Center is a family friendly, growing practice located in Jacksonville, FL. We have a beautiful modern office, a wonderful patient population, an enthusiastic team, and sincere, honest doctors and hygienist dedicated to quality care. The ideal candidate cares deeply about taking the best possible care of our patients and possesses excellent communication and clinical skills. To be successful as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, one must be able to perform all administrative duties in a manner that ensures a quality experience for our patients. You must also be able to work in a team environment or alone on individual projects. You must be comfortable presenting and collecting high-dollar treatment fees and discussing financial options. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience being a treatment presenter: professional appearance and demeanor, punctual, and self-starter. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Ability to handle all aspects of dental administration such as productive scheduling, proper phone etiquette, accurate information intake, chart review, exemplary customer service skills, etc.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Solid understanding of dental insurance and claims
Ability to collect over the counter co-pays and outstanding patient balances
Sound knowledge of dental terminology and services
Excellent sales skills
Ability to effectively explain treatment plans with high case acceptance
At least 3 years experience working in a dental office.
Pay based upon experience, possibility of commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
