Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing teeth
Perform periodontal charting and assist with the diagnosis and treatment of gum disease
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventative care
Assist in creating and maintaining accurate patient records
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns
Stay current on new dental hygiene techniques and technologies
Requirements:
Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
Experience with EagleSoft and patient record management
