Welcome to Staten Island Dental Boutique. We are a friendly family practice, equipped with the latest technology and designed for optimal patient and team comfort. Our practice is an extension of our family and our home. We’re committed to providing exceptional dental care in a modern and welcoming environment. We provide an emphasis on patient education, co-treatment planning, and working with our patients to provide the best possible care that fits into their lifestyle. Our patient base is made up of families (parents, grandparents, and kids). We accept mostly PPO/FFS with a few select union plans. As our practice has grown significantly, we are looking to expand and build our team. We are looking for a talented Associate General Dentist to join us and help shape the future of our practice.
What You'll Do:

Deliver Quality Care: Provide comprehensive dental services including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more.
Patient Interaction: Build strong relationships with patients, offering them personalized care and addressing their dental needs.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience and contribute to a positive office environment.
Utilize Technology: Leverage our state-of-the-art equipment to deliver precise, efficient, and effective treatments.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest dental techniques and advancements to continually enhance patient care. We strongly value continuing education and encourage our team to pursue ongoing learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid dental license in NY and a DMD or DDS degree.
CPR certification
Current dental malpractice insurance
At least 2 years of work experience including 1 year of residency and at least 1 year in practice.
We are looking for someone to join 2-3 days per week with the option of adding more days as the practice grows.
Pay starts with a $700/day base and the ability to earn bonuses.
