Job Posting: Dental Sterilization TechnicianLocation: Lake Norman Area, Mooresville, NCHours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are a large, thriving private dental practice in the beautiful Lake Norman area, seeking a reliable, hard-working Dental Sterilization Technician with a positive "can-do" attitude to join our dedicated team. This position requires a strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques to support the safety and health of patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Sterilizing and disinfecting dental instruments and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
Ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of dental tools.
Maintaining inventory of sterilization supplies and notifying the team when reordering is needed.
Adhering to safety and health protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Assisting with general office and lab duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sterilization or related healthcare field is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
