Cuozzo Orthodontics – Full-Time ENTRY LEVEL Assistant Position
Cuozzo Orthodontics is seeking an entry level full-time dental assistant to work in both our Sea Girt, NJ and Lincroft, NJ offices on assigned days. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday – Sea Girt, NJ Office
Tuesday & Thursday – Lincroft, NJ Office
No Fridays or weekends

Important: This position requires travel between both locations, as scheduled.
Qualifications:

No dental/orthodontic experience necessary, we will train.
Motivated, friendly, and energetic with a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and study at home.
Excellent attendance required.
Must be 18 or older with a High School Diploma.
English is the primary language spoken; Spanish is a plus.
NJ Radiology license and CDA are not required, but are a plus.

Compensation:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
4-day workweek (32-36 hours).

Hours:

Fall/Winter/Spring (September - Mid-June):
11:00 AM - 7:45/8:00 PM
One Wednesday & Thursday per month: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summer (Mid-June - August):
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
One Wednesday & Thursday per month: 11:00 AM - 7:45/8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Morning setup and sterilization.
Basic asepsis and sterilization of instruments and operatories.
Preparing patient setups.
Setting up and breaking down operatories.
Retrieving and seating patients.
Providing basic care instructions.
Retrieving instruments for RDAs and doctors.
Assisting RDAs and doctors during procedures.
Intraoral and extraoral photography.
iTero digital scans.
End-of-day cleaning and restocking of operatories and sterilization rooms.
