Dental Assistant - Douglas K. Greenwald, DDS - Placerville, CA

We are seeking a reliable, team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring, detail oriented and self-motivated. The position requires, but is not limited to, seating patients, taking X-rays, assisting the doctor, sterilization, cleaning and setting up treatment rooms, and charting.

*Attention to detail and accuracy for patient charts and reports.
The qualifications are: you must be a graduate of a dental assisting program, have a valid X-ray license and current CPR training. We are willing to train if you are not familiar with Endodontics.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and maintaining a sterile environment.
Utilize 3D scanners and radiology equipment to capture images for diagnostics.
Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
Patient reports for referring dental offices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
