Our passion is providing world-class dental care for our patients! We are an expanding dental service organization with multiple locations in the Dallas area seeking the right person to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who is energetic, enthusiastic, and shares our commitment to patient care. The successful applicant must have a minimum of two years of management and supervisory experience. S/he must be detail-oriented, an excellent leader and role model, and have effective problem-solving skills.
You must also be experienced in process improvement, staff training, and administrative tasks. This position requires the ability to work independently, be organized and flexible, and enjoy the challenges associated with a large practice.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Managing Partner and executive team
Oversee practice systems and processes
Facilitate office operational flow
Uphold practice protocols
Contribute to practice outreach efforts
