Office with EXPONENTIAL growth looking for a part time [which could go to full time desired] associate to add to our motivated, stable, competent and fun team!
Our practice has been around since the 70s in an underserved area, which means established patient flow [between 75-100 new patients a month] and LOTS of dentistry to be done. Our patients are amazing and down to earth. Our [fully staffed] team works collaboratively to provide a seamless patient experience and makes coming to work fun. They are extremely well trained to ensure all you have to worry about is providing solid and efficient patient care.
Since taking over in 2021, revenue has doubled. 2024 ended at 2.1 in production/collections. Future growth is going to be explosive as we transition to doubling the size of the practice in a new building. The purpose of the part time associate is to offload some clinical from the owner doc in order to be able to plan for this expansion. You will be very busy :]

In addition, a good fit to our culture would be someone who likes to work in a fast paced environment. Experience is preferred but not required. The position could become full time after we move into our bigger building (~2026-2027) or could stay part time depending on associate availability.
