Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental family, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients. This position offers flexible scheduling with the option for full-time or part-time hours.
Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
Conduct comprehensive oral assessments, including taking and analyzing X-rays, and identifying signs of oral health issues
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, the importance of regular check-ups, and overall wellness
Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA)
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Provide post-care instructions and recommendations
Assist in other administrative or clinical tasks as needed to support the practice

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Texas
CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with digital charting and X-rays preferred, but not required
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
