Office Manager Dental Office - Killingly Kids Dentist - Dayville, CT

We are looking for an Asst. Office Manager to work at our Pediatric Dental practice in Dayville. We are a private office with 1 provider. We are looking for someone with good customer service skills, be able to multitask and be a front desk team leader. A caring, friendly and an empathetic attitude is a must.
Dental experience is a MUST for at least 2 Years.
Dental management software experience - EagleSoft preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages day to day activities and staff.
Acts as liaison and provides support to dentists and staff.
Monitors AR on a bi weekly basis.
Capable of doing walkouts and submit claims.
Knows how to post remittance accurately to patient account.
Knows Insurance verification and break downs.
Is able to make treatment plans accurately.
Manages workflow to assure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Assures appropriate documentation of any patient complaint or incident and works to resolve issues following management policies.
Oversees appropriate entry and scheduling of treatment plans.
Assures recall/reactivation efforts.
Monitors unscheduled treatment.
