## Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management- Collaborate with the dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs accurately
## Skills- Proficiency in Dentrix- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Experience in a dental assisting is a plus- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
